The gap of the shelling roller should be smaller than the size of the apricot kernel by 1-1.5mm. (For example, apricot core raw materials are: large flat diameter 15 mm, medium flat diameter 12 mm, small flat diameter 9 mm, adjusted according to raw materials: the first stripping gap is set to 14 mm, which will be the largest 15mm almonds were unshelled, the second stripping gap was set to 11mm, and the 12mm almonds were unshelled. The third stripping gap was set to 8mm to complete the 9mm almond shelling.
