Working principle
Electric roaster machine is mainly used for drying and baking hot food of peanuts, broad beans, coffee beans, melon seeds, nuts, nuts and other granular materials. It adopts rotary drum, air convection conduction and infrared radiation principle. The heat generated by the work of the electric heating tube is dried by infrared radiation and hot air convection, and the baked material has a pure taste. During the heating process, the drum is continuously rotated to make the material heated evenly. Because it is not directly heated by the drum, there is no blemish, and it has the advantages of energy saving, safety, convenience, and easy operation.
Automatic temperature control, 0-300 degrees can be freely adjusted, equipped with manual clutch, to prevent the material in the cage from being manually released when a sudden power failure occurs, so as to avoid waste.
The parts in contact with the equipment are all stainless steel, including upper and lower hoppers, rotating cages, receiving trays, outsourced to stainless steel plates, and the main frame is carbon steel.
Each drum can be fed 100kg each time, and the baking time is about 40-45 minutes.
